Oxygen Hood

An oxygen hood, also known as an oxygen tent or oxygen canopy, is a medical device that provides supplementary oxygen to newborns and young children who need respiratory assistance. It is a clear or translucent cage that fits over the patient's head and upper torso, creating a controlled environment with improved oxygen concentration. The oxygen hood is often composed of a soft, flexible material that is comfortable for the patient, such as translucent plastic or silicone.
